GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

  • Individual bookings: any cancellation or modification must be made no later than 48 hours before the arrival date.
  • Groups: cancellation and modification conditions vary according to several criteria:
  • The nature of the request,
  • Occupancy rate,
  • Number of rooms and nights,
  • Day of the week,
  • The company involved.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Booking a room must be guaranteed by paying the equivalent of the first night: via pre-authorization on a credit card, in cash, or by purchase order (for companies).

3. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE CONDITIONS

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out: before 12:00 PM.
  • Available options:
  • Free late check-out until 3:00 or 4:00 PM for regular guests (subject to availability).
  • Paid late check-out:
  • ½ room rate for departure until 6:00 PM,
  • Full rate for departure after 6:00 PM.

4. CHILD POLICY

Stay is free for children under 12 sharing the parents' room.

5. HOTEL LIABILITY

  • Native Hotels is covered by insurance.
  • In case of theft or damage, reimbursement may be considered upon presentation of invoices and/or return of damaged items.
  • The hotel undertakes to find a case-by-case solution to ensure customer satisfaction.
