NATIVE EVASION
Native Évasion is an invitation to adventure and letting go. Our stilt bungalows in Meko and Tokpa-Dome are true refuges perched between land and water, where you can escape daily life to live unique experiences. Here, everything invites you to escape: lagoon strolls, nature excursions, discovery of ancestral Vodun rites, and cultural activities immersed in local traditions. Between thrills, moments of sharing, and peaceful times on the water, each stay becomes a journey of memorable discoveries.
VILLAGE MEKO
Meko, “be at peace”, 20 minutes from Ouidah, offers four stilt bungalows in a chic ecolodge style, where wood and woven fibers harmonize. Each space, adorned with light mosquito nets, invites rest and serenity. Canoe excursions, Vodun rites, traditional markets, and sacred forests provide a cultural immersion. The over-water restaurant, serving grilled dishes and seafood, extends the experience with conviviality.
In Meko, the lagoon is not just a landscape: it becomes a playground of adventure, culture, and sharing, where every moment invites escape and renewal.
TOKPA-DOME
Tokpa-Domè, “a fertile land area”, 20 minutes from Ouidah, borders Lake Ahémé and offers a peaceful setting between land and water. Native Évasion offers four eco-friendly bungalows here, combining comfort and authenticity in a warm ecolodge atmosphere.
Tokpa-Domè is more than just accommodation: canoe rides, fishing, agricultural activities, and cultural discoveries shape the stay. Its over-water restaurant, dedicated to local and lagoon flavors, completes this experience of escape and sharing.
